Welcome to my Spangled BoBBins Millinery Design Studio website.  My name is Julie Cavanagh. I am a milliner working in Cupar, North East Fife, in Scotland. 

I offer a range of unique stylish hats made with traditional and modern millinery techniques and available to buy or rent. You can commission a unique hat to wear for your special occasion, or rent a ready to wear hat from my stock range,

I aim to make my millinery designs as sustainable as possible, through careful selection of new materials, using and reusing vintage and other quality materials and by strictly limiting use of plastics and glue.
